1. If you want a lot built for a specific world, or if the lot is sloped, I will require the world's file.
2. For a flat lot, I will require a clear photograph from above.
3. DO NOT claim the lot as your own.
4. You can adjust the lot a bit and change decor or furniture if you want.
5. DO NOT upload lot for mass-download.
6. I am not responsible if some of the CC doesn't show up. I have too many CC to search through. However I will try to help you find where I downloaded them.
7. If you break any of these rules, I will reclaim the lot and you will have to delete it from your game.
8. I will NOT be giving you a warning, I will just reclaim it.

Build Requests
There will be 3 slots open each month. 1 slot = 1 lot. You can only fill 1 slot per month.
For example: Say you want 3 lots built, I will only build one a month, so you automatically fill one slot each month.
I will provide a link to different colour pallets, from which you must choose 1 or more. OR you can search the internet for colour pallets.
