If you apply for one (or more) of our horses, you agree to the following terms :

1. The horse has to keep our prefix (HLEC) and no other prefix or suffix may be added.

2. You may NOT change the horse’s show name. You may change its barn name with PERMISSION.

3. You may NOT offer the horse or its coat/custom markings for public download.

4. You may NOT change the horse’s conformation, color of gender. Stallions may be gelded.

5. You may change the mane and tail styles, but not color.

6. We will state whether it is required if the horse should actively compete or not.

7. We prefer that the horse be register with an appropriate discipline association.

8. YOU MAY NOT BREED WITH THE HORSE, unless stated otherwise.

9. Should you want to sell the horse, please ask us FIRST.

10. Horses will not be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will choose a home we think is a better choice for the horse.

11. Should you break ONE of these rules, we reserve the right to reclaim the horse. WE WILL NOT BE GIVING YOU A WARNING.

12. We also reserve the right to reclaim the horse should you become inactive without informing us. (+- 3 RL Months)

13. We REQUIRE you to update on the horse at least once a month. No updates after 3 RL months, then we reclaim the horse.

14. If you apply for the horse, we assume you have read these rules.
