HLEC Private dressage barn 2017
It's the most wonderful time of the year!
Presenting our very own private dressage barn.
This barn is built inside a quonset hut. There are 4 open air stalls and is equipped with a sand-base dressage arena. We've added two pastures for you pons to prance around in. We also decorated it for the Christmas season! You'll find a nice feeding area and a small hay storage. Each stalls has soft hay as bedding. The barn is ideal if you would like to host a dressage show too.

This lot is a 64x64. It is bigger than the one we have. We hope you all enjoy this barn as much as we do!

Sleigh bells ring!
This gorgeous brick barn is styled with a dark wood interior.
It has a glass roof to let in all that natural light! It is equipped with two outdoor wash bays/tack up area. It can house up to 11 equines, where each stall has its own tack closet. There is space for a bathroom, office, feedroom and lounge. How ever you decide to furnish it! There is also a lovely viewing area overlooking the large dirt arena. Even though its built with an English style, you can easily convert it for your western needs!

HLEC Spanish Style Barn 2017
Jingle Bells!
Presenting this gorgeous Spanish inspired barn for your equines!
It can house up to 14 horses. It is equipped with a 16x26 dressage arena, 2 outdoor wash stalls, 2 rooms with the potential to become feed/tack rooms or maybe an office. The upper floor's design is completely up to you. It also serves as a viewing area for the dressage arena. There is a lush green paddock for you pons to stretch their legs and get their grazing on.

Ho Ho Ho! Santa has come early to the Center!
This barn is ideal for your racing prospects or it could be a perfect boarding barn. You could even house your best equines here!
There are 13 stalls (5x4). There is a hay storage, with access from inside and outside of the barn. There are two lovely wash stalls, a large tackroom/feedroom/office space.
The barn is surrounded by lush green paddocks for your pons to graze and play.
